Based in Standerwick, our experienced farm team can offer advice and support in all areas of your animals’ welfare and productivity.
From routine work and surgeries to health planning and our 24/7 out of hours service for emergencies, we’re here to support your farm business or smallholding.
Our service covers Frome, Shepton Mallet, Glastonbury, Midsomer Norton and the surrounding areas.

We cover a wide range of species, including cattle, sheep, pigs and poultry.
We’re on-call 24/7, with a team member on call at all times to offer advice and support. Our routine offering encompasses everything from fertility and TB testing to export certification and smallholder services.
We’re especially proud of the close relationships we have developed with our loyal client base, and are here to provide ambulatory services tailored to your individual requirements.
Progressing together
Our practice started life in 2012, when veterinary surgeons David Jackson and Candido Rodriguez joined forces to establish a trusted farm veterinary practice that could meet the unique needs of their clients and their animals.
We have evolved with our profession over the years, with a particular focus placed on developing our preventative and consultancy services, all while boosting client progress.
Teaming up with Avon Farm Vets has also enabled us to strengthen our offering, with their knowledgeable team members supporting us in delivering on-call and relief appointments.
